Hershey, Pennsylvania has a lot of things to do, and is a perfect place for a vacation.  There is more than enough to do to keep both kids and adults busy for days.

Of course, when you think of Hershey, the first thing that probably comes to your mind is chocolate.  When in Hershey you can visit Hershey's Chocolate World, where you can go on Hershey's Great American Chocolate Tour ride where you can see how chocolate is made.  At the end of the tour, you even get a free sample!  While there, you can see the Hershey's Really Big 3-D Show, where Hershey's characters come to life.  There are also shops where you can look at and purchase all of the wonderful types of chocolate you like.

Hershey Park has over 60 rides and attractions for both kids and adults, and will bring a lot of enjoyment to anyone who visits.  There are more than 20 kiddie rides, 10 coasters, and 6 water rides.  There is also a lot of entertainment, food, and more.  In the summer they even have concerts.

For those interested in the history of Hershey, right next to Hershey's Chocolate World is the Hershey Museum, where you can explore the life of Milton S. Hershey, and all that he created - his candy empire as well as the town he created. 

Hershey Gardens is 23-acres filled with themed gardens, and houses many different flowers.  There are over 7,000 roses alone!  They have an outdoor Butterfly House with 400 butterflies, and even a Children's Garden that was designed specifically for children.

There is an antique auto museum at Hershey that displays restored and original automobiles from eight decades.  There are between 85-100 vehicles on display, and you can walk through and see them all. 

For those that like animals, another place to visit while at Hershey is ZooAmerica, a North American wildlife park.  The zoo is 11-acres, and is home to over 200 animals representing five regions of North America - North Woods, Cactus Community, Big Sky Country, Eastern Woodlands, and Grassy Waters.  Each section has many different animal exhibits.

If one amusement park isn't enough, Dutch Wonderland isn't too far away, and is a family amusement park as well.  They have more than 30 kid-friendly rides, coaters, water fun, and shows that are fun for the whole family.  There is also Wonderland Mini-Golf for those that like to play.

For the adults in Hershey, you might be interested in the Hershey Spa, where you can get a chocolate massage as well as other spa treatments.  There are also golf courses for those that enjoy playing golf.   Just a short drive away, you can go outlet shopping in Lancaster, Reading, and Gettysburg.

As you can see, there is plenty to do in Hershey, PA for the whole family to enjoy.  You can have a great vacation and enjoy many different activities.
