Cabo San Lucas is at the tip of the Baja Peninsula in Mexico. The area has a great combination of good weather and nice scenery. With lots of beautiful beaches and nightlife, it is a perfect combination for a spring break vacation.

Cabo San Lucas is now a big holiday destination and popular port of call for cruise ships. There are a number of resorts and clubs appearing along the coast between San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The area is known as "the corridor" and has marvelous beaches and golf courses.

Cabo is a popular destination for water activities. There are many beach resorts, great snorkeling and diving spots, as well as great places to fish.  During the winter, whale watching is a fun way to spend the day as they come to the warm waters to bear their calves.

Sammy Hagar of Van Halen fame helped give Cabo San Lucas its name as a party town. He owns the nightclub and restaurant, the Cabo Wabo Cantina and plays there occasionally with a new band. There are plenty of other clubs in the area like El Squid and The Roxx.

There is not much to do other than relax, play in the ocean, or party. Be sure to visit the incredible rock formation called El Arco de Cabo San Lucas at the southern tip of Cabo San Lucas. Also incredible are the sunsets you can see over the horizon you can see on a ship. A popular choice is the Pirate Ship Cruises. Don't be fooled though, the pirate ship may look like one but it is motorized.

Cabo San Lucas is a spring breaker's dream come true. There are plenty of places to stay and things to do for any budget.
