This facility is also the home court of the popular Melbourne Tigers basketball team but can also be converted for other events including ice skating rink, cycling events, concerts, motorsport shows and swimming competitions.

Sydney’s Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains are not actually mountains but numerous cliffs that surround a plateau with eroded gorges that go down up to 760 meters. A significant portion of the Blue Mountains is linked with the Greater Blue Mountains Area World Heritage and also under the jurisdiction of the City of Hawkesbury, the City of Blue Mountains and the City of Lithgow and Oberon.

Of course, no trip to Sydney is complete without visiting the Sydney Opera house.  You can also see the animals at the Taronga Park Zoo, as well as enjoy amazing views from the top of the Sydney Tower.

The Australian War Memorial

The Australian War Memorial is the country’s official memorial to the soldiers that have served the armed forces and various affiliates. This is the country’s way of commemorating their bravery in serving the Commonwealth of Australia. An armada of military equipment and memorabilia are housed in this facility, which is located in the Australian capital, Canberra.

The Australian War Memorial has four major elements: the memorial building, a commemorative division, a sculpture garden and the Anzac Parade. The facility is open everyday until 5pm, while the sculpture garden the Parade can be visited anytime.

South Bank Parklands in Brisbane

The South Bank Parklands are located on the southern part of the Brisbane River. The parklands features a wide stretch of gardens and water fronts and an arbor that extends from the Queensland Performing Arts Centre to the Goodwill Bridge.

Arguably the main destination of tourist visiting the South Bank Parklands is the man-made beach that is roughly 2000 square meters wide and has 4000 cubic meters of the sand.
