Costa Rica is an incredible place for a vacation adventure. Beautiful beaches, rainforests, waterfalls, volcanoes and hot springs are just a few of the wonders you'll get to see in this Central American country.
Costa Rica has many all inclusive resorts and hotels for both the deal seekers and the luxury seekers. Most are on the north Pacific Coast where the best beaches are located, as well as many of the most popular tourist attractions.
Things to see and do:
La Paz Waterfalls - The La Paz Waterfall Gardens are absolutely beautiful. There are five amazing waterfalls along the trail and many species of birds, frogs and fish. There are also butterfly and snake observatories.
Poas Volcano - One of the most visited volcanoes in Costa Rica, Poas Volcano is near the capital city of San Jose (29 miles or 27 kilometers) and stands 8200 feet (2708 meters) above sea level. There is a paved overlook trail that leads right up to the crater and a side trails that lead to Botos Lake and through the forest.
Arenal Volcano - Arenal is considered one of the top 10 most active volcanoes in the world and is only about 3000 years old. Its activity creates lava flow and explosions on a daily basis which make for spectacular sites.
Cocos Island National Park - Once a hideout for pirates, Cocos Island is now a beautiful place to see flora and fauna and is sometimes referred to as a mini Galapagos.
Monteverde Cloud Forest - An incredible wildlife refuge, the Monteverde cloud forest provides great hikes to see the hundreds of species of mammals and birds as well as over 2500 species of plants. You can also explore the area on horseback.
If you’re looking for a way to make your vacation even more relaxing, consider an all-inclusive resort. Usually with all-inclusive vacations, not only is your room included, but all of your food and drinks as well. This means you can usually go to all of the hotel’s restaurantns, and eat and drink what you like – without paying anything extra. If you enjoy a glass of wine with your dinner, you will enjoy this next part. Most all-inclusive resorts also include all of your alcohol. So you can both eat and drink as much as you’d like without having to worry about carrying around your wallet.
Here are just a few of the many all-inclusive resorts you’ll find in Costa Rica. There is the Adventure Park & Hotel Vista Golfo, Almonds and Corals Lodge, Laguna Lodge Tortuguero, Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin, Hotel Colon Caribe, Finca Maquengue Falls, and many many more. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive hotel, you will have no problem finding exactly what you are looking for.
Costa Rica will make a great vacation with natural wonders by day and beautiful resorts by night.
